Using the Marketplace (for buyers):
A client comes to the marketplace interface. They see categories of services or can post a custom request.
If it’s a custom request, they fill in details (similar to posting a task, but possibly more complex or higher-level) and attach a token reward or budget they’re offering.
They can specify parameters: do they want a single best solution (competition style), or multiple perspectives, or a panel of experts to discuss something? Do they have a deadline? Is the request public (any contributor can see it) or private (maybe only a selected pool of experts under NDA, in case of sensitive info)? The platform can accommodate with different privacy and disclosure settings.
Payment can be escrowed in a smart contract. Funds are released when the conditions are met (for example, the requester is satisfied, or at least X number of validators have approved the solution).
If buying a pre-defined service or dataset, it might be as straightforward as clicking “buy”, paying the LQ tokens, and receiving access (like getting an API key or downloading files).
