🧑Validator Incentives:
Validators earn token rewards for their work, which compensates them for the time spent reviewing. Their reputation also benefits from successful validations. Importantly, validators themselves are rated – if they frequently approve bad solutions that others later flag, or reject good solutions unfairly, that will affect their standing. A system of cross-validation can be in place: multiple validators might review the same task, especially early on or in contentious cases, and if one validator is out-of-line with others consistently, that’s noted.
